YARN INFO
How is your yarn dyed?
All of our yarn is dyed by hand in our home studio using professional-grade acid dyes and citric acid. Each skein is thoroughly rinsed and heat-set for colorfastness.
Will my yarn look exactly like the photo?
We try our best to match our photos to the true-to-life color of the yarn. Due to the hand-dyeing process and differences in monitor settings, slight variation is normal—even between skeins in the same batch. We recommend alternating skeins when working on larger projects.
Are your yarns superwash?
It depends on the base. You can find fiber content and care instructions of all of our yarn bases here.
How should I store my yarn?
We recommend storing your yarn in hanks until you’re ready to wind it, to help preserve its original structure.
Can you wind my yarn?
We do not offer yarn-winding services at this time.
CUSTOM ORDERS & COLOR LIBRARY
Can I order a color that isn't in the shop right now?
Yes! You can order full-pot quantities from our color library anytime. Just fill out a custom order form, found here.
What's a full-pot quantity?
A full-pot quantity is a batch of 3 skeins. We offer full-pot orders for colors in our library that aren’t currently in rotation, helping us keep excess stock to a minimum.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
