Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At 96 YARNS, every skein is dyed-to-order by hand. Because of the custom nature of our process, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

• No Returns or Exchanges
  Once yarn has been purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be sure of your selections before placing your order.

• No Cancellations
  All orders are considered final once they are placed. Because dyeing begins shortly after an order is received, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

• Color Variation
  Due to the hand-dyed nature of our yarn, slight variations between skeins are normal and part of what makes each skein unique. These variations are not considered defects.
