Processing Time
Most of our yarn is dyed to order. Please allow 10–15 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. If your order includes both ready-to-ship and dyed-to-order skeins, everything will ship together once the dyed skeins are complete. During shop updates, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. All orders are shipped with tracking via USPS or another comparable carrier.

U.S. Shipping
Within the United States, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once your order has shipped.

International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. All international orders are shipped with tracking via USPS or another comparable carrier.

Delivery times vary depending on destination, but typically range from 1–4 weeks after your order has shipped. Customs processing may cause additional delays.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid directly to your local postal or customs authority.

Preorders & Custom Orders
Preorders and full-pot custom orders are dyed just for you and will ship after they are completed. Estimated timelines are provided on product pages and/or order confirmation emails.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage. If something goes wrong in transit, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
